More than less than is a game designed for the primary age-range.
It aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the two operations, addition and subtraction.
The game purely focuses on adding or subtracting by 1 or 10, through which children can begin to familiarise themselves with numbers up to 100.
The term MORE is used to indicate it is an addition question, and LESS is used to indicate the question involves subtraction.
Each game has 10 questions and every question is presented with a four multiple choice answer. The player taps on their chosen answer and at the top of the screen is presented with a green splat or red splat.
The player has the option of tapping on the 100 square button before answering a question. This takes them to a 100 square, where the player may want to highlight the number they are being asked to add/subtract from and then use this to calculate the answer.
For example, if the question asks....What is 10 more than 6? the player may wish to colour block the number 6 on the 100 square and then make 10 jumps forward from that number so they land on the number 16.
